As I mentioned earlier in the week, I’m back with a few plyometric exercises that are great for getting your heart rate up, your stress level down and your outlook on the day ahead, a million times better!
Today the weather was just too good to pass up, so instead of heading to the gym, or getting my workout inside the house, I opted for the park. I gotta say, my park workouts are some of my best! How can you beat the fresh air, nature, and just knowing that your doing good for yourself while enjoying all of this?
It was a cardio/plyo day today since I’m still goin a little easy on my shoulder, and it was a good one! I started out in the morning with a 4 mile jog, followed by my stop at the park. I’ve posted 4 basic plyometric exercises that are sure to tighten your core and glutes as well as strengthen your quads and calf muscles.
